Hey, I'm Emily
I’m a designer who pays close attention to how experiences feel, not just how they look. My background is in graphic design, but over time my interested has shifted towards what happens behind the scenes of an experience: the systems, relationships, and small moments that shape human interaction.
Currently, I’m pursuing my MA in Service Design at SCAD, where I focus on research-driven, human-centered work that considers both frontstage experiences and the backstage systems that support them.

Translating complex ideas into clear, intentional visual narratives. My background in visual communication informs how I structure information, craft typographic systems, and ensure that every visual decision supports the larger story and purpose of a project.
SERVICE DESIGN
Designing holistic experiences by understanding how people, processes, and touchpoints interact across a system. I focus on aligning emotional experience with operational logic, using research, journey mapping, and prototyping to uncover friction points and create more coherent, human-centered services.
