PROCESS

The research focused on creating an inclusive guidebook for French-speaking refugees from diverse backgrounds. It was essential to design a layout that supports an effective bilingual formatting, fosters unity, and eases cultural adjustment.

The final design is inspired by Swiss design style, featuring minimal, clean layouts and an emphasis on clean typography and negative space. French and English texts share the same page and hierarchy, reinforcing unity and supporting English language learning for French-speaking users.

The companion app allows users to switch between languages, maximizing clarity on small screens. It also includes progress tracking and scheduling features to help refugees manage their resettlement journey effectively.
