Silver ADDY (2024)

Moderated user testing uncovered key pain points and user journeys, providing essential insights that guided design decisions. Participants included both experienced Outback drivers and first-time users. The video captures Lily, a test subject, navigating a set task, highlighting areas for menu improvement.
